Re: My Euro Force predictions...
So if I like to play on a city map I might be a stats whore ?
What if I just like the enemy to be around and very close, not to walk for ages when no vehicle can be found.
What if I like add ons ... boosters and dont give a **** when I have to pay for it ? Does it make me being bad ?
You dont like it, you dont buy it, simple.
It's a new way to make money for them, in real life we get ripped offffff many times as well.Comment

Re: My Euro Force predictions...
There is plenty of maps that provide proficient action. Sharqi, Mashtuur, Oman, Dragon Valley. But none of them bottle it up into a 10 by 10 foot box and let everyone go nuts. Karkand is a bottleneck of pain that is pure points. Haven't you ever wondered if Karkand didn't exist how many FEWER points and how many MORE maps would be played? I don't because I know gamers would go right to the next easiest map. Hence why I know EA will make another Karkand style map.Originally posted by BacoSo if I like to play on a city map I might be a stats whore ?

Re: My Euro Force predictions...
I know what you mean but I just like city maps. Many other maps are just not that interesting all the time because of the jets and choppers camping flags.
A friend of mine made a different stats page (offline at the moment because of pulling data from the dbase has been blocked/changed).
But I played more time BF2 so, if you would take a look at the stats page I was number one because of the number of points (comparing to my buddies).
But he changed some things to the stats like points/rounds or time.... the overall stats ranking became different. Time in a jet or killing with the jet a in round could all be seen and it all changed the ranking for every dude.
EA stats are just ... the overall points.Comment

Re: My Euro Force predictions...
^ Same here.
Look, I DON'T CARE about the global points system. If I got 500 points in 1 round I would be impressed but all I care about is my K.D. ratio. I play Karand a lot so I'm just playing it for the points? No.

Re: My Euro Force predictions...
I thought about this. If you combine Euro Force with the Fire-thingy, you get a total pack which is about as big as SF. The money, is $10 lesser, but that's because you don't get a CD. This is like, a covert-expansion. Hey! New stuff in all it's glory, but when you have to pay for it, and play it seperately, it really damages the amount of players, and it will go dead just like SF did. I mean, pretty much all people I see have their SF-unlock, but why aren't they playing on a SF server?
DICE PLEASE LISTEN! I know you got this from the form and all, yes, I said could find myself paying for more content in small release-packs, which I surely would IF:
They were compatible with the real deal and all players had it, clans supported it and it would've been release AFTER BF2 is totally FIXED!
Hear me out here, I'm sure you've heard it before.

Imagine how much more SF would of been accepted had it been integrated into the regular BF2 game instead of requiring its own servers, own maps, and being totally segregated. Every day there seems to be fewer and fewer BF2:SF serversOriginally posted by GrafiskI thought about this. They may not be able to integrate SF but I think they will at some point need to integrate the "tech" that is used in SF to the main BF2 Game. (Night Vision, Gas, Ropes, SF specific Vehicles, Etc.
They shot them selves in the Foot with SF by not making in integrated and once again set a bad name for DICE Canada. (Possibly not DICE's Fault though)Comment

Re: My Euro Force predictions...
They did the same thing with Road to Rome and Special Weapons for BF1942. And I agree, I think DICE could do better...if they weren't owned by EA. I'd like to see how Battlefield turned out had EA not been there and DICE could work at their own pace/style.Originally posted by LoganXThey shot them selves in the Foot with SF by not making in integrated and once again set a bad name for DICE Canada. You mean so that the people who are too cheap to buy it (yet still whinge and bleat and moan and complain because people get SF weapons in regular bf2) can actually play it as well.  :laugh:Originally posted by Heartless_Imagine how much more SF would of been accepted had it been integrated into the regular BF2 game instead of requiring its own servers, own maps, and being totally segregated.
