Regarding the EA downloader and First Booster Pack

I read it again, and again. It says "only on the EA downloader". Now my question is, is it really only going to be on the downloader because Ive never bought a game only. I dont like too, I like to actually have a disc because say a reboot and loose everything am I able to redownload the game without paying again? Or are you able to burn it to cd, Has anyone successfully use the downloader for SF and burned it to disc?

Correct it is on the downloader only. However you can back it to CD afterwards (I have SF on DVD). There was an issue in the past with the download not recognizing files that had previously been downloaded but EA has apparently "fixed" this issue.

Well no problems here! Ima pre order it and have it ready to go, but one more thing, how exactly do u burn it onto a CD, wont its Files be scattered onto the Battlefield 2 folders? or will there be a file u just burn and add to ur collection? And another thing, ive never orderd sjhit from EA and how does the pre order thing work? do u first download it before its release and have it ready and when the game's date comes out then u can activate it?

This could actually be a beneficial way of distrubuting a game because all the 12 year old won't be able to get it and be tards. j/p I know there are some decent 12 yr old out there!

Anyway, in an interview it said only 300MB so I'm sure they will be popular over at..well you know..places
