I was playing battlefield II fine and easily the other day, but since downloading the patch earlier on it won't get past the blasted login screen, just stays fixed at the 'connecting to account'. It doesn't appear to have crashed, the music's still playing and the spinning logo still spinning, but it just stays like that either indefinitely or for bloody ages.
