That gun, if I'm not mistaken, is also the gun of choice in Stargate SG-1.

I've seen it in other movies also... maybe in a Doom preview but I know it was never in the game.

Not sure about SG-1, but it's definately the gun of choice in Stargate Atlantis. Damn sexy weapon if you ask me.

Can anyone tell me how the EA downloader crap works? Can you download the file and then uninstall EA downloader and never have to worry about it again? Also will everybody need to have the booster pack to play on the new maps or will everyone else be allowed to play as the oppsoing team?

Downloader I don't see why you couldn't just uninstall and forget... you probably get a code to redownload if you need.

But you won't get maps without the booster pack!

Probably but everyone can use the SF weapons you just can't select them initially if you didn't buy SF. I was thinking they might do something similar with the booster and only allow people who bought it to use the new weapons and vehicles.

basically, I dont see much different among guns and weapons in BF2.
They are more or less the same except the mod (apperance)

I see they added that AH-1Z (which obviously wasn't implemented in the standard BF2 game :[[) skin on the tiger. Nice to finally see it make it into the game ^^

These new weapons... Will they be unlocks in real BF2 or will they just be avaiable as the EU army?
