Make sure you don't have any mods installed.

Unininstall BF2 and SF

Install BF2

Install SF

Patch to v1.12.

Sounds like you just did not put the patch down after you installed SF. Even if you put the patch down before SF, you have to do it again after the SF install.

As Talus mentioned - there is a dedicated forum called Support - and there is always the search button too.
