The "invisible" scrollbar has been dragged downwards, hiding the names at the top. The list was probably much longer at some point, and you scrolled down. Sometimes you can play your mouse pointer where the scollbar would be and drag upwards. -

Once it's loaded up and skipped past all of the videos you'll see a row of button, simply click the Multiplayer button and wait for the list of servers to load. Find a server you like (low ping etc) and double click to join. :)Comment

Simply left click anywhere in the right side of the score window and scroll up with the mouse wheel. You should see the players then.
