Old tips to take down jets.

I checked and couldn't find anything so here it goes:

The expierenced AT man would conclude that jets are impossible to hit whe n they are flying with the AT but there is hope. When at the enemies airfield, I waited to find something I could kill instead of taking pot-shots at stuff. When a jet responded I jumped with joy. I knew that taking out the jet was pratically impossible with the AT but I wanted to hit it just to let other players have a better chance at destroying it. This jet had just responded, brand spankin new, and over the airfield. When 2 people I guess tried to get in the J-10, I fired a rocket. They were in the jet. I fired and it blew up. I wondered what had happened. I killed 2 people in a J-10 that had just responded with an AT rocket. I soon found out that I had hit the missles on the jet.

The on weakness to the jet is the missles but it is pratically useless information since you can't hit the missles in the air unless your lucky.

Stationary guns like stingers are almost worthless. I get alot of team vehicle damage. But here is the deal: when using stingers or something, you need to wait to lock on. If you fire prematurely, It won't be locked on to just that, it will veer off. Wait till it just passed over you and its ahead of you then fire. I have killed 1 jet with this technique lol. I plan to use this technique to kill many more jet whores.

So you killed a newsly respawned, parket jet with 1 AT missile?
big deal, shoot the missiles? you shoot anywhere with AT missile at a parket jet and you can kill it

Only worthy of a post if you shot one thats flying over airfield reloading.

Flying jets can be taken out with a single AT-rocket just as well as resting ones.
Is that what you're trying to divulge?
It's nothing new, it's the standard cause of death for JSFs in this game.

Lol I have tried time and again hitting a jet at the cockpit when no one was in it and it was still alive. I shoot at the ordenance and boom. I have also tried using anti-tank on flying jets and I cant hit them. I shoot at one thats heading the opposite way and before I know it, he is way out of reach for me to see him or m missle to hit him. If I shoot him when he is coming towards me, he goes faster than my rocket so I shot under him all the time. I lead him so maybe it will hit but to no avail. I guess I have troubled with the AT rocket because I guess I am doing something wrong here. I have to find a stinger to try to take it down because My rocket won't follow if I cant see the thing and that jet only stays on my screen for about 5 seconds and is off in the distance.

To me it matters not at all where I hit a jet with an AT, it immediately blows up IF it gets hit, no matter whether grounded or airborne.
The only ways I have found to take out airborne jets with AT is either shooting at hovering JSFs (not hard at all), or camping on the green resupply container on the US airfield on daqing, shooting at the bomber from the front when it comes in real slow to repair (extremely hard for me).
