EA Games Technical Support?

Hi everybody! I'm in a bit of a jam. I formatted my PC about 2 weeks ago and I could not find my BF2 manual which has the CD Key. I am not asking for a cd key! I just want to know is there anything I can do to get another one without having to pay. I have the case still. I goto ea games and try to fill out taht "Ask a Question" thing, but everytime I click "Submit" nothing happens so I have found it immpossible to contact EA Games. Can anyone possibly give me a tech support phone number or e-mail? I'm located in the USA. This would be greatly appreciated.
