I know that BF2 isn't accurate at all. However, an M203 round will not detonate that close to the shooter. The launching tube is rifled so that the round is spun. It was designed like that because the round itself arms after a certain number of revolutions. I don't remember exactly how many, but I do know it takes the minimum safe distance to arm. I do not know about the other nation's weapons though. Anyway, just throwing that into the EA and Dice are total experts on warfare bin.....rofl..I'm just being an A-hole...

Ok, everyone is complaining about noobtoobn' (whats new?) and I think its time to clarify what makes a noobtoober.

Is it someone who only uses the GL when playing assault?
Is it someone who bunnyhops/dolphin dives while using the GL?
Is it someone who uses it at extreme close range?

Only if there good at it! Kinda brings up a question though. If there no good with it, there probably just a noob, trying to use a toob. But if they are good with it should they not be called ubertoober instead

On a more serious note, kudos to the guys that can use it effectivelly at meduim ranges and beyond, but it shouldnt be quite the lethal weapon it is up close - min distance detonation or splash back on the toober is da way forward me thinks :)

Play competitively and find out how long you last NOT bunnyhopping, dolphin diving and using 'nade launchers and C4.

To me, it's all a matter of perspective.

And to be quite honest, the people using the C4 and GL's are far and away better all around players than the people that post on these forums complaining about it. :hmm:
