We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I don't now but i sound a bit funny mabye he have forgotten an SF after the BF2 :)
Hmm.. strange.. I can remember reading on a forum that the reverse waqs true..
Unlocks in SF could be used in regular BF2 too.. Maybe they changed that at EA.. Because it is very unfair for players who only have regular BF2 ofcourse :)

Yes you can use SF weapons IN bf2 i have 2 SF guns and have used them both in BF2.
And it is not unfair at all we spent the money so we should have the extra guns in either of the games
It is correct, the weapons you unlock using SF, are only available as third level unlocks in BF2. Some of these weapons are standard weapons for the British Special Forces. To access the weapons in BF2 you need to have the first unlock for a class, such as the G3 for Assault, then the second unlock is the F2000 which comes with flash grenades which you can use in BF2.
So it wasnt a hacker who flashed me and killed me when i was sniping in gulf of oman...
I think its unfair but im sure its a great business move by ea...
thanks guys.. =)
Look its fair that the people like us get use out of these weapons in BF2 as well as SF.
In fact I would love to see it go further than this and be able to have grappling hooks and zip lines. Man could you imagine how good it would be to use those on a map like Karkand!

well.. i think karkand would just become a huge disorganised slaughter... hooks and zips need maps that are adated for them...
No hooks or zips in BF2. Only the weapons are able to be unlocked. The only item that is carried over that is not a weap is the flashbang. Teargas is not in the unlocked support kit either.
Basically if you have SF, and you have unlocks in vBF2 - you will get to choose new unlocks (based on how many you had) with the new kits.
The new unlocks are the standard issue weaps in SF. You do not unlock use of them in SF - you play the army that has that weap, and you get to choose it - or choose your regular unlocks from vBF2.
I really want that damn g36e for the medic that gun is great. But I'm not going to buy sf so I'll never get to use it unless I pick it up off the ground.

All you need is a friend who owns SF, make him login with your account, play one round, then choose the unlocks you want.
Next time you play BF2, you'll have the unlocks available :)
This is what I did, however I went out and bought SF 2 days later as I missed out on the new maps, vehicles and other goodies.
Ive tryed zip lining to a balcony in gulf of oman and when I got onto it I fell into the building lol. I also tried grappling hooking into the train on gulf of oman, and it worked. So its not just a matter of adding the hook and zipline, many objects need to be modified so people cant get into a wall/building glitch.
