Help deciding / comparing

Hi guys, I cant decide which one to get between BFG GeForce 7800 GT with COD2 or XFX Geforce 7800GT (Overclocked version). Here are the links:

Only downside to XFX is that its not in stock with newegg and I dont know any trustworthy online merchants that has a stock of the XFX....

P.S. The BFG is priced at $359 in newegg while tigerdirect has it for $324

I have used zipzoom fly before very fast and most of the time free 2nd day shipping.

cant wait till it gets here.....status says "shipped"...I also got the 2 day free shipping with fedex.
