20 kills IAR but don't have 15h play time with kit

Tried searching for it but I can't find a definite answer. If I get my 20 kills before I have the required 15h play time with a kit will they count and will I get the badge when I hit 15h? I've seen people saying yes and no. Any definite answers?

Is for me with kits that I hate using. Besides I don't have 15hrs a day to play like you it seems . My god 951hrs total play. Ahhh, to be kid again . Thanks for info man.

OK I have another question. What about if something requires x mins IAR and y kills IAR (like some ribbons do). Do you have to have the time requirement done first also???

no, the requirements IAR , are IAR , so when they say, 20min in tank and 25 kills, you can have your 25 kills whenever you want, and at 20min you get the ribon or whatever
