    Thinking about new comp

Hi all, been thinking of buying a new comp. for a while now and thought one with the following specs seemed pretty decent for my budget.

AMD Athlon 64 bit x2 3800+ Dual Core
    2048mb Dual Channel DDR
    80gb 7200rpm IDE
    16xDVD/RW (+/-)
    54xCDRom drive
    Windows XP Home for
    128mb GeForce4 FX5200 AGP Card

Was kinda wondering what other people think of it - would it be able to cope well with newly released games and of course BF2?

If i was to order one I guess i'd replace the graphics card with my Sapphire X800 Pro i currently have installed.

    Thanks for any help/opinions :)

x2 processors arent really necessery.... you can better put more money in a good GFX card.... the one you're looking at now isnt the best.... and windows professional couldnt hurt but it doesnt make a big differents... i'd say take something like a amd athlon 64 3700-3800. oh lol i just read you're gonna put in a x800 pro.....cant you select a different card on order or is it a fixed brand pc !?

What type of graphics card would you suggest over a Sapphire X800 Pro? I don't know much about hardware :P

      Thanks for the advice

well listen up its a good card... but if you're high demanding and you wanna make the card last... nvidia 6800 gt and x850 xt and up cards are required... they cost under 300 bucks/euro's and they're really good especially with 2 gigs of ram and a amd 64 athlon
