Server switching - why always me?!

Does anyone happen to know what the criteria is for a server choosing to switch players across teams for autobalance?

I always seem to get picked on and it's starting to really annoy me! Especially annoying if I'm on the winning team and just a few tickets left.

Is it done by rank? global score? alphabetical user names?

When it decides that someone should be switched then I believe it's someone who is dead that get's moved. That person can be either in a squad or a lonewolf but not a SL or CO.

I hate it when they do that. You try to do your best for the team and they switch you.

As long as you are a squad leader or the commander you will not be switched by autobalance. If you are still getting switched - you need to look for the man behind the curtain. Being a squad member does not make you immune to the switch.

If teams are unbalanced - the server balances with dead players.
