Hey all, I have a gig of RAM with pentium 4 2.8 GHZ and a GEforce 5500 256RAM. Can anyone offer some advice as to what I should have my page file settings on? Right now they are both at 1200. Thanks

Also, what's a good RF rate for a 17' CRT? I've found 60 and 85 to be the best for me so far. thanks twice -

first, i think that default settings are good, and second, for a gig of ram, pagefiling isnt that necessary, but 1200 sounds good. a guide recommended 1024 for a gig
also, refresh rate for a crt shouldnt go to 60..the higher the better (it wont affect game performance or anything, but when u go low on the rf, then it gets blinky blinky and it hurts ur eyes, but dont set it too high, make sure to check the box that says "hide modes that monitor can't display" or somethng like thatComment
