I'm not a dedicated sniper, (I have played all other kits), but it is my favourite role. Some maps just don't seem to suit sniping, so it depends. Anyway, below is a link to my stats - I don't think I'm a great sniper, but I do okay:

I play sniper here and there, when I'm pinging bad or feel lazy. I don't really care about the awards but if I get one without purposely trying it's cool. Here are my stats.

Sniper kit is by far my favorite kit. The M95 is my primary rifle.

I've just started a new account dedicated to sniping, seeing as the new patch wont be far away.
On my first serious account i got to 1200 in the world with the rifle, with about 55% accuracy. A 2.0+ K/D ratio with the rifle and around 2.5K/D with the kit.

So far on my new aco**** (only played 2 rounds) I have:
18 kills
10 deaths
48% accuracy

Fairly bad i'd say. Will work on improving that tomorrow.

I am dedicated sniper too. I had two accounts that's why my stats are not so high. My accuracy is about 43% which is not high at first look but i am not playing usual sniper role (sitting duck) i am a assault sniper shooting and killing in middle and close range. Helping my squadmates with covering fire it is more fun to play as assault sniper. Thats why my favourite weapon is SVD deadly accurate in good hands (headshot is a headshot)! So guys if you see my name in the battle that i killed you with SVD don't look for me on a cranes or rooftops i will be close to you! :) I love sniping when the victim can see you and realize that he is dead after a second!

OMFG, *shakes hand * its a pleasure to see some other dedicated Snipers out there but check out the Sniper stats in BF 2 ladder section im in the 600s gloable which im over the moon about. just look for my name.

Yes Iv used vechiles, but not to get badges etc, yes iv got expert and yes im 99% on foot.I earned all badges the proper way.

I'm farely new but i use the Sniper kit most of the time. I've logged over 15hrs so far. I prefer the M24 (Army deisgnation not Marines )
over the M95 mainly because it has finer crosshairs. I'll use the M95 in maps where i expect lots of helo shots though.
