I want to know what goes in to a driver score and what I need to do to improve it.

6) Driver Score - driver of transport vehicle will get a score boost when passengers either kill an opponent or use their special ability (heal, repair, etc.

Drive around a lot... Helicopters are probably the best

Get a blackhawk with crew on Mashtuur or Songhua, drive in the back of Armor on Karkand, pilot a bomber/attack chopper (if you're good at it, otherwise please don't)...
