Unlocks coming and going..........wtf?

Ok so, if I play on a map I keep having moments where I need to respawn and select my kit and see I have unlocks available, and then after I quit the game and start over again they're gone?!

Happened to me twice now, I'm just using the same account, and here are my tracker settings:
