Problem with name

For every account I make it always says Rayzn in front of it. So it will look like "Rayzn Rayzn79". I tried deleting all my accounts, nothing. Anybody know what the problem is?

Is the prefix field empty? I'm just getting back into the game now, so I don't know what else it might be.

thats strange... dont wanna sound like mr. obvious but are you sure that your only typing 'Rayzn79'

It is for every name I make. I can make a new name and it will have "Rayzn" in front of it. How do i check my prefix?
