1.12 patch doesn't work

so i try to install the 1.12 patch, i double click it, and it doesn't do ****.
i've redownloaded it at least 4 times. what is wrong?

Quite a vague post, so may I ask, No Error dialogue at all? No pop up, nadda?

Are you sure you're even clicking on .exe? Try downloading from another host or mirror instead.

it act's like i didn't even click it
i've been doing this crap for the last 4 hours... and i've reinstalled a few times, still nothing

This happened to me the first time I downloaded the patch. Then I realised that the file was corrupted. Download it from a different place.

alright, so far i've tried filefront, and EA games servers.

it was probably working you have to realise it sits for AGES when it starts to patch :)
