Taking it from the talk: You need to have a top notch computer if you want a smooth gameplay with HIGH and some AA. You should be able to atleast run it HIGH except couple of them on MEDIUM to get very smooth gameplay.

run textures ,geom and that on high , aa on max lighting off works well getting on average 80 fps with fraps

You dont really need 80fps...even on average. 50-60 on average is plenty for me.

I run mine in all high, 4x AA, 1024x768 and I get 50 avg FPS.
