This server only allows players with unmodified.......

"This server only allows players with unmodified content to join. revert to current official version."

I get this message sometimes when I try to connect to a server or I can play on a server for a while and then get disconnected while new map is loading and get it. WTF is it? I'm using 1.12 version and hav not modified anything other that controls file but that can't be it, right?

I get it occasionally when it loads a new map, maybe a total of 5 times. What is it? I donno, just some odd bug I guess.

I got this too, but than It was for SF, and I discovered it was because you need to RE-patch to 1.12 AFTER you install SF onto vanilla again.

If not, and if all else fails, Just do a complete fresh reinstall. Fixes everything 90% of the time.

I have contacted EA Support about this and they told me to reinstall the 1.12 patch, which indeed works.

Nope, they clearly stated in the patch description that you Must repatch to 1.12 upon installing SF or you will get that.
