Sorry, I dont understand the question. If you are requesting how to set drawfps on, then you need to go into the in-game console - "`" (back-tick above tab key) and type in "renderer.drawfps 1"
With regards memory monitors, follow Gunny Highways advise above - works very well and does exactly what I needed.
(BTW - Still after someone telling me exactly what numbers from renderer.drawfps actually are)
