Need a little help SF Freezing

Not sure whats happening but everytime I run SF about 2 minutes into a game all my controls freeze up and my character just keeps doing the last action I started if I try to push a button I just get a very loud bios beep. No idea what could be causing this as BF2 runs perfect at max settings and I have everything on medium for SF

here are my specs:
winxp pro sp2
pentium m 1.86ghz
2gb 533mhz ddr2 4200 ram
nvidia geforce go 6800 256mb graphics card 81.95 driver

BIOS beep is probably a critical error in windows. First off your processor really isn't up to running Battlefield 2. I suggest you uninstall and install latest drivers for everything, then reinstall Battlefield 2.

I get a BIOS beep when I press S, D, and C together. So basically whenever I'm crouching and trying to move back while strafing right.

Thats not BIOS. BIOS doesn't run after your computer boots up, the beeps coming from your pc speaker, and it's because your pressing too many keys at once.

sometimes it goes off becasue the system is doing something glitchy and when you press a key all you get is BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP

You really think my processor isn't up to running BF2 I was under the impression its equivalent to about a 3.1ghz pentium 4? Currently I can play BF2 at all high at 1600x1200 this problem only occurs when playing the Special Forces expansion.

The issue is really weird caus its like the game is trying to catch up to my actions because it'll just sit there and if I press a button I get the loud beep but then once it moves again it goes through all the actions I pressed while it was frozen.

So far this really only happens when Im near about 3 other people in a map and since I reduced my settings in SF to all medium and lighting on low its only happened once. Just seems weird that SF would demand so much more from my computer than BF2 Vanilla does.
