Many people still play?

Hi,

A couple of months ago I played Battlefield 2, but the game fried my poor little Radeon 9550.

Do many people still play BF2? Because I keep remembering how good the game was and Counter Strike is starting to get my nerves, so i'm think of getting a new graphics card.

Ewww i deleted Counter strike......and i started when it was released for HL1 in 1999 like 6 or 7 years....bah I hate that game for life. No more. Bf2 is the way of the future. and get online!

19860 people playing 12GMT




06/01/2006 (today)


5052 servers

2842 ranked

18057 people playing atm.


So pretty much the same amount of servers and the same amount of people playing as last October.

I got a 9550 card but I don't care, I get reasonably good graphics and the game is popular and addicting online

An xbox 460? Sounds like your friends might have ripped you off and put a PS2 into an Xbox box - and told you it was the newest and latest and greatest system. lol

Hey I tried CS:S the other day. OFFICE was fun for about 3 hours until I REALLY noticed the auto aim means people with no skill can NOOB you everytime with a rifle. And the flash bangs are no where near as good as in BF2. CS:S isn't as much fun as JO or BF2. But it was the genesis for the other games in a way. Well CS and action quake.

BF:1942 came after, the other genesis was the Delta force series which turned into Joint Op's.

But if you think Noob TUbes are bad, play JO and watch people NOOB TUBE ALMIGHTY using the nad launcher on a ferry. Suddenly the M203 is FAR less annoying.

Lets import some math.

Battlefield 2 released + few months = Large amounts of people

Large amounts of people / Hours played x100 = Percentage of morons

Percentage of morons = 70 % and rising
