Settings high but still ugly texture

I have everything but shadows and lighting on high. Is the game suppose to look this bad?

my best guess would be that u set the settings at high in the first scroll down bar and that each of the settings below are at something else like for me, when i set it to high in the first scroll down box, only a few thigns actually change to high and my textures box is still on low

Yup it's nearly the normal high settings. I guess u can get a lil prettier by getting a cutting edge system.

ConscriptVirus your graphiccard ain't even supported by the game(?) so it's useless to you to even try the highest settings and I wouldn't be surprised if it looks crappy still then.

put AF on the nvidia settings to 16

raise the resolution of your monitor if you can to something like 1280x1024

i hate danqing oilfields i hate it so much i cant spell it properly

that is what my res is. I put my AF up to x16 and it looks better. Thanks guys.
