Worst enemies and favorite victims

Just curious if anyone knows how these are determined. I have killed people in excess of 10 times per round and not shown up on their enemies list. I have killed people 5 or 6 times in a row without them killing me, yet they are not a favorite victim and i am not their worst enemy. I can find no rhyme or reason to the system (as a friend has 2 worst enemies that have killed him twice, and 3 times respectively)

You say you have killed people in excess of 10 times per round and are not the players worst enemy in their stats.

Is it possible that maybe someone else killed them more often then you did?

i noticed this also... I have somehow managed to kill this one player over and over and over again in a round. Most of my kills were from me killing him, yet he's not my favorite victim...

I thought you have to continuously kill someone X times in a row without interruption to make him your favorite victim?
At least it has worked this way for me.

Im confused over this. Plus how many kills does it take to become a victim?

I don't think so...because otherwise how would I have gotten 17 favorite victims. I know for sure that those guys I've killed like 10 times were not in a row, I'd recall doing that if I had.

I think it just is how many times you kill a person in a round...even if you kill someone like 10 times, doesn't mean someone else hasn't already killed them 20 times before you.
