When you are driving a car, and jump out, the car keeps rolling.

If it hits someone, it will say "XXX is no more." I notice that you actually LOSE points when they get run over. Why would you if the game doesnt even record it as a teamkill above?! Can anyone even confirm this?

I'm guessing that if you run someone over the game doesn't count it as a kill with a weapon as such but it's still a teamkill... ?

Well if it really counted it as a teamkill, it would only be logical for it to show "D|ssoLu+|oN [Teamkilled] XXXX" just like for any other teamkill.

If you ran them over while you were still IN the car, it would show that. But this, its something that would be completely accidental. The patch still hasnt fixed the collision bug where anyone even remotely close to a moving vehicle is killed.

I've seen this on some servers. Most or 80 % of the time, it's lag.

It's good that you lose points, or we would have people teamkilling that way for fun, like BFV.

Actually I've seen it many times. The retards on our Wake server trying to get the plane. They drive the buggy up to the plane spawn (which is illegal on our server) and jump out and let it run you over.

Then they usually get kicked and if they are repeat offenders, 5 hour ban.

Yeah it doesn't say teamkilled, but I don't think it takes away from points either.

Thats what I thought, but I purposely (after he agreed) ran my friend over after jumping out a few times, and It did indeed subtract about 2 points each time he was "no more."

Yep, happened to me, some guy was running us all over at the Wake Airfield. He was Medic too and he was typing "Hahahahaah" thanks for the points, and he revived every person he ran over. I noticed he had a ping of 177. When he was running over people, he was exiting too late. I'm sure it wasn't the server and I'm not sure how someone could program a server to give you the teamkill for exiting the vehicle and how to detect who was in the car last before the guy that got run over. I just think it might be lag though I'm not certain but in the case mentioned above I am certain.

It's a good thing. That way, you can run over the stupid commander blocking the spawn point at operation clean sweep, until he understands he's doing osmething wrong, or run him over beause he places arty at wrong place one too many times.

even better, when u drive the car into a bunch of ppl who are waiting for jets or heli's then jump out, most likely, someone else will get the tks, (actual tks), cuz most of them are holding down the enter vehicle key, so the first person who happens to touch the car gets in it, if the car was full when u were driving it into the crowd, all the rest of those ppl on the airfield wont be able to get in the car, so the that person will get all the tks.

actually it's -4 pts for each "tk" like that, so he still gets negative scores by doing that, since he only gets 2 pts for each revive. i've only seen one server that doesnt take ur pts for doing that. im not sure if it's a server side option? i doubt it is though.

Used to be an exploit for idiots to run around base teamkill people this way without losing any points

But then EA fixed it so now its countes as a team kill.
