It says you need 10 seconds of parachute time right?

well i got mine in one jump i was skydiving and i went superhigh in a jet. I jumped out when high in the sky and fell for 15 secs.

I got mine during a rather unnececary fall from a jet...pushe the wrong button

This is a typical problem with badges and ribbons.. Your's was simply lost in the bitspace before you even got it.

To get it... Try again! Works for me in all cases.

yeh my jet was on fire so I ejected and parachueted my way down
