ok so i know how to force the resolution to 1280x1024 thru adding the cmd into the exe, but how do you set the refresh rate the resoultion use's? is there another variable, and if so what is it?

This in the game?? If so its easy, if i was on my other pc i would be able to give you all the details, but i think under your profile folder. settings i thik the file is called then go to the resoloution line it will look like "1280x1024@70" or something, they are the resoloution and refresh rate, so if you adjust them then you can change the refresh rate and the resoloution for your profile.
