Will the kills count if you're in gunner position (like BH or cobra or whatever the 2 seater plane name is) or do you have to pilot and get those kills?

You get the credit from either seat.
I't ironic that it's easier to get chopper badges as the gunner as opposed ot actually having ta do the tough part (fly well). -

Yeah, lol, tell me about it. I just started flying recently (mouse and kb) and while I'm doing pretty good now with flying, actually hitting stuff with rockets is my biggest problem :cry:Comment

the time requirement for veteren plane/chopper are the biggest challenge. by the time you eget 100 hours of flight you should easily be able to get 12 kills in a round.
Ive been doing almost nothing but fly choppers except on city maps for weeks and im just reaching 100 hours.Comment

OMG for some reason I didn't think it's 100hrs. I'm at 14 now. I'll probably move on to UT2007 before I get 100 hrs in a chopper

Re: Veteran "air" badges
I wonder, are there any players that can't manage to get 12 kills in a chopper or aircraft after they have logged in 100 hours in one of the vehicles?Comment
