I recently switched my graphic settings from 'Low' to 'Medium' and its amazing, everything is so much better, and I could swear that the noob tube is stronger. With 3 rounds from the noob tube, I took out everyone in a MEC chopper while they were repairing, I've never had that happen while I was in low. I've also found that when using the noob tube, I can kill people out of vehicles more easily, more direct kills instead of simpley killing the vehicle first. Is this some conspiracy? Do people who pay more for graphics and the like have an easier time in the game??

Yes, there is a big gap between low and med settings, like the introduction of shadows, etc. I never noticed a change the the power of weapons though. -

My graphic settings are on high when they used to be on medium and man it's amazing! So much more detail.
You probably want to avoid playing on the low setting.Comment

there is no substitute for high, but medium from low is a world of difference I'm sure..Comment

There is alot of difference, but the amount of extra starin it puts the pc undre is far more than the increase in graphics.. or apparently, as i have not been able to run on all high. But there are alot of extra things you get from low to medium, like i said before, the introduction of shadows and lighting from explosions, etc.Comment

There is a difference, but in my opinion it's nothing major. I will trade some eye candy for a playable framerate, even through my system should run at high without studdering.Originally posted by ConscriptVirusComment

Mind you, if you pc can handle the all high, then go for it and have all the eye candy, as it does make the game look great.Comment

haha, I'm at home for Christmas break and I'm using a nvidia 5200. Everything is as low as possible and i have a 70% draw distance. IT IS SO UGLY. I get like 10-20 fps, and more often than not I die because of choppy framerates than the skill of the other players. I made a new account for this computer so as not to ruin my precious score! it's here if you even remotely care.
I'm so surprised that I still manage to kick ass some of the time. (something like 49 and 3 on wake island - and that wasn't with carrier raping)Comment
