I am sure corpse humping has been around since the first multiplayer first-person shooter with a crouch.
It definitely was not pioneered by halo. I have been a corpse humper through a slew of games all the way back to TFC. Another friendly tip is when you get up on a sniper undetected, pull out your knife, wait for him to shoot, then get in his face and crouch a few times before you kill him, giving him a taste of it while he is still alive. Heh heh... that really works em up.Comment

Hi, first post here, Corpse humping? i have never seen it hapen. First of all corpse humping!!!???!? WTF, i couldnt believe what i read. Omg, thats like necrophilia, i cant even imagine doing such a thing. The closest thing ive done to that is jump onto the floor and knife him again (Id usually shoot dead bodies after a kill: I put them down, they will stay down)
This type of mentality is worse than you guys might think. REALLY, think about what happend in Iraq/Abu Grave ring anybells? Its those kinds of people that would hump corpses in games...

LT_RYVEN, you and those like you are just plain idiots. Let me explain myself. BF2 is a GAME, and therefore does not exist within the boundaries of REAL life. While in Iraq I did not hump any of the corpses nor did I want to. I did not f@#k any of my kills, and again I did not want to. Corpse humping in games is simply a visual way of saying "hey, you just got powned". You may need to hit maturity or atleast gain a few I.Q. points. Again, I will tell you that it's just a GAME. If you are playing it or in a forum for it and are over 12 years old then you are immature in one way or another. So, please keep your whining to yourself and post some positive things instead of killing everyones fun. If you guys want to talk about REAL life and it's REAL problems go to a forum that is based on REAL life. Otherwise, stick to the fact that we are talking about a GAME that has nothing to do with REAL life.Comment

Hey beachwood, how old are you? The idea of BF2 is an army VS another army. All soldiers first directive is to kill, no matter if youre a pc techician or even a doctor within the army. BF2 is about murder,thats war sunny boy, its not say for example SWAT4 where you can play slightly more humane (Even though civillians everywhere) and dont have to use lethal force.
At Abu Grave prison, at least 3 of the people convicted for torture were PRISON GUARDS, now if that doesnt make sense to you, maybe a clown slipping on a banana will or your not from UK/US. In games its not so realistic and you can die, i have to say though some of the tactics in this game is basic army combat. You avatar is Agent Smith, a mind controlling agent of a facist and power hungry system, thats your hero... Mines Captain America. You just dont get it do you,there are people here involved in the millitary, active/reserve/retired who like to play war games . They do this for real and what they do in game usually reflcts real life. I.E. a bridge crossing, do u pop smoke and run or go prone and crawl / Alternatively do u swim across undetected? I.E. do u run/walk and secretly take a base or go loud with a tank.
I dont even know why im trying to make you see the light, one question you BEACHWOOD should answer is

First of LT_CRYEN, I don't understand you at all. Your ideas are jumbled irratically, and not organized in any itellegent manner. Second, I am in the military. Third, my avatar is simply a way to distinguish myself from everyone else in a forum. I was stationed at Ft.Stewart, GA from 2000-2003 after completing infantry basic trainging and 11M AIT. I did server in Kosovo, and in the first stages of the war in Iraq. As a matter of fact, I helped clear Saddam's and his son's palaces after entiring and taking control of Baghdad, Iraq. I can send you the pictures and diary of our imbedded reporters if you would like. If you want to look me up go ahead...Aco-3/7 Infantry from 2000-2003. I am now stationed at 310 Armed Forces Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051 with a reserve unit after getting off active duty. So, remember you are playing a game, that is almost nothing like real life at all. I can promise you that. If you want to compare the sacrifices of our soldiers, past and present, to a f$#king video game and tell me how they relate then please enlighten us all. Surely, I am not the only red blooded American soldier here that would love to hear your explaination. BTW I am 24 years young, and still immature for playing video games, according to my wife.Comment
