Access the sound files

I want to change a few sound files however i cannot locate the file/folder in which they are in. Does anyone know how to access them??

They are in the zip files in your BF2 mod directory.

Be warned: changing sound files renders your online play inert. Backup your folders before proceeding.

Hi,

I edited a .ogg file in Objects_client.zip. I thought I got the zip back with my change correctly. I must have done something wrong because single play won't load now. Is their something else that needs editing? .ini, .cfg, something?

how exactly do we go about modifying the sound files?

and i thought that modifying them still allowed us to play online, since they dont affect gameplay??

say i want to put in a led zeppelin song instead of the standard loading screen music for maps. will that allow me to play normal online ranked servers?
