Cannot pause game after 1.12 patch??

after installing the 1.12 patch I cannot press (P) to pause the game, nothing happens, any ideas?

This just proves that people with large post counts don't know everything :)

I didn't know that you could pause the game. In fact it doesn't make any sense. What do the other players see while you're 'paused' ?

now i think of it, maybe u cant pause in multiplayer...but when I had v1.0, i definitely could pause in singleplayer, cant now.
