Attaching C4 to rocket?

Has anyone tried sticking a rocket to a SRAW and seeing whether the rocket will carry the c4 on it?

Would be so cool.

What about putting some c4 on the bombs of the planes... Would give you an assist or TK depending on the pilot...

Being that you cannot attach C4 to a person - putting it on their weapon will not work.

About the only one that might work is attaching to the bomb on a plane - but you would have to detonate it at the same time it was about to hit its target - if it even worked to attach it.

I tried attaching them to bombs and missiles on planes. The c4 just gets sucked to the plane's main fuselage when you fire the things off, and then remains sticking there until the plane is detroyed.

try this...

climb on top of the blackhawk and place c4 on each of the propeller blades. Its funny as heck to see the c4 spinning around as you fly.

Or ...

stick them on all four wheels of a vehicle and watch them spin around as you drive

Just for clarification reasons, this is not possible. Just like c4ing the bullet of a gun is impossible, you cannot C4 AT missiles, helicopter missiles, jet bombs, or anything of the like.

In the coding aspect, the 'projectile' itself does not exist until the shot is fired, and thus you cannot interact with it any way until then (as in C4ing it or otherwise).

As sticky as C4 is, the C4 object will not stick to other players, or yourself. You can, however, stick it to someone's vehicle.

It was in the original BF2 design to allow putting C4 on people. Dunno why they took this feature out.
