There should be an overall (not server dependent) 10 minutes kick for more than 5 TK's. Makes jet pilots and commanders take more care in their actions too. Apart from that there should be something where players that come above a certain amount of team kills automatically loose rank and unlocks and will eventually, if they don't sober up, be banned.

Wrong - it just means you will have the same jack-ass that tries to steal your vehicle jump in front of you 5 times in a row to have you kicked off the server so then he can take the vehicle he wants all the time.

Our server is set up so that if you TK - AND ARE PUNISHED for it really being your fault and not something idiotic - then you will get auto-kicked from the server. However - if you are a punish monkey and jump in front of a jeep just to give a person a TK - you just got yourself a ban.

We try to monitor senseless punishing - meaning you don't punish when you run over someone's mine - or you drive a jeep in between 2 tanks that are fighting and it just so happens your own teammate in the tank fires at the other tank and accidentally kills you - or when you are surrounded with armor and you keep spotting them and requesting backup and a bomber comes and wipes them out and has no way to avoid killing you in the process - that type of thing.

It comes down to finding good servers with good admins on line. They are getting increasing harder to find. ;-(

Well, hardly surprising behavior coming from grade schoolers, even 8 years old know how to smack talk these days its not even funny.

So if you dont want to meet retards, dont go to EA servers, of course, if you do go in, dont restrict yourself to "moral" behavior, since nobody can kick you anyway.

It's like the annoying people who punish you when they die from your claymore. Some guy who was support (would be rubbish high up anyway) climbed up a ladder to where I was and obviously my claymore killed him. I got the punish. I laid another one (:p) and the same happened. I then said can't you see the red skull? Next thing I know, "mrevil92 you have been kicked for excessive teamkilling." I had also warned the team, that guy was on at the time, to not come up the ladder. That ended my growing kill streak. I almost got 15 which would have got me a new kill streak and possibly got me my vet sniper badge. Although on about 3 times before I've got the 15 kills in a round.
