BF2 Name Change

My Cousin wants to be apart of our Clan, but our clan tag is too big to be added with the prefix. Is there anyway he could edit a file or something so he can add it into his currect game profile?

Unfortunately no. There is no way to change your name.

i think you can edit the prefix in the .con files or seomthing.. some1 will eventually answer your question right... just w8..

C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\global.con

Open with notepad, and enter it in there.

If you edit it manually you are still limitedto 6 characters, even if you enter more and save it, only the first 6 will be visible.

Hmmmm, so theres no way to Edit to make it 7 and to stay 7? I'm sure there must be a way to do it. =/
