after my question last night i was wondering
im up grading to 1 gig 512mb of ram
and a p4 3.4 processor

with one of these video cards

ATI Radeon X700 Pro ViVo AGP 256MB Video Card 300$
ATI Radeon X850 Pro 256MB AGP Graphics Card 400$

would the cheeper one run it? because i dont want to spend to much money

and with this set up would it run bf2 and bf2 special forces?

You have reached a crossroads between a dying agp board up to pci-e. Also upgrading (I'm assuming socket 478) to a better processor. The only thing I can recommend is to save your money and upgrade to socket 939 and an athlon 64, and get a pci-e card. This will future proof your rig for at least the next couple of years.

i need to upgrade this one for the time being
im buying a new computer this summer which is gonna be pci-e

but for now
would what i have listed up there run the game??
and would the cheeper video card run the game?

Either of them could, but if you get the x700, it will be only run BF2 at low-med settings. I suggest getting a x800GTO.

The X850PRO will run med-high.

And you can get those for almost half the price you mentioned. Wherever you're getting that card, you're geting ripped off pretty bad...
