How well does it work? What file system formats does it support?

It supports both I believe. The program lauches and you click search and it displays all files that have been deleted in a short period of time. Keep in mind though installing games, turning off your computer, and other related tasks slowly overwrites files on your computer. The site itself which is the link, tells more about it.
