NAW! I have a 9800 PRO with 256MB but a 1.8 Ghz, and 1 gig. of RAM. I can run settings on HIGH until 5 people join, then I get so much lagg I can't even move... with settings on low after 20 people it starts lagging extremely bad also.

The 1600+ will still work, but he will have alot of grief playing. The best thing to do would be ti hire out the game and try it or download the demo.
