Im sorry but i find snipers to be the most worthless players out there, Sure they get a kill here or there, but they dont win games, they dont cap flags, they dont move to help others, they sit on their butts and take pot shots at people. After reading ||ass||variables post about playing sniper for the 1st time, I actually thought what the hey, may give it a go myself. I have never respected snipers in this game. I find the hide out and shoot someone to be quite weak.
I played a few rounds as sniper for the 1st time. I actually got my basic sniper flying a heli and no I have never shot anyone out of the heli or plane to take it but have never fired a shot in nearly 400hrs of playtime.
Whilst the M95 is not that great, the M24 and SVD are easy to get 1 shot kills. I was suprised just how easy it is. I could 1 shot kill people running and bunny hopping and thats with a ping of 200. So all you sniper's who whinge that the sniper rifles are no good, I think you need to look at who is controlling them 1st.Comment

the rifles are not that bad in bf2 I can hit what i'm shootin at most of the time and the sniper is a worthy player. I have gotten many defend the flag kills and called in arty on the other team from my hiding spot.....so I think if he's a good sniper and team player he's a good guy to have on your team or in your squadComment

LoL ok... I play mostly as sniper, and I average about about to 6-10 kills a round. Most of those kills are players that try to cap a flag, players that are mounted in the machineguns, chopperpilots, and ofcoursse other snipers... Those kills are far from useless...Originally posted by Az-Amerikai

That guys is a total dumb :censored: Can not belive he can not hit the deer. Or at least adjust his aim. The same for the deer just standing their after the first shot. I never been hunting so I do not know if that is normal for a deer to do that. Funny video though. Gave me a laugh.Comment

A tip change your scope mounts to SAKO optilock and you will never have thoes problems again, I had the same problems untill i bought a new rifle, A SAKO Finnlight 7.62 NATO whit SAKO optilock and a Carl Zeiss 3-12x56 scope, it works perfactly, You can get optilock bought for ordinary, Weaver and Picatinny rail,This is why I always sight in my rifles before hunting. The scope can get knocked around in the truck and throw it off ever so slightly.
