    Changing Profile Country in Account

    Hi guys,

Here's a quick question for you. How do I change my profile for BF2? Not my name, but country I am from.

I formatted my computer and reinstalled BF2 as I received some new pc components for Christmas and wanted a fresh start for 2006.

I retreived my account info, and logged into my exisiting account that said I was Canadian, yet now it says I am American.

According to my online profile, it says I selected USA. Yet, I don't live in the USA and want to switch it back to Canada.

Does anyone know how to change this?
    Thanks in advance.

As Far As I Know it's not possible to change the country of your BF2 account once created.

I've tried doing it on both the EA site and the Gamespy site without any luck.

      Hi Guy`s,
      I´ve tried it too...

I´m German and i`m cant remember when i ever have selected the USA, on top of that I am as as a girl on the way!

      The EA-support E-Mail :

      "Very honoured customer,
because we have no access to your Gamespy account, you would have to change the data. We also have no information in addition whether the changed data later in the game are taken over." ---> :|:

And my Gamespy account (dont know that i have one ?!? I`ve never installt Gamespy !) in wich you can Log In with your BF2 - Account Username and PW,
      is seriously set on
      1. German and
      2. male

I try to contact `Dice`in this case ,
but when it`s true that i cant change this settings on my account, i have to life as a *** amerikan girl in BF 2

If anyone know the "solution", please contact me, i`m getting more and more confused who i am !

Hope that english is good enough.... 10 years out of school...

      Greetz and game on...
