Guys i need help!!!!!!!

alright so my problem
i bought battlefield2 omfg i played the demo and it truly is an amazing game

so i looked at spec's and compared to my computer
im above im running 768 ram
ati radeon 9550 128mb 64 bit graphics card
intel celeron 2.4
my card handles direct x 9.0
and ive met every other spec

so i go to turn on my game installs perfect i jump in make my screen name
find a server jump right on in
takes like 5 minutes to load
i get in game
lag like theres no tomorow man im talkin crazy lag impossible
so i go out of game update drivers on video card
update direct x
turn off virus scan and firewall

and still lags like crazy
anyone got anything i can do
its making me mad i wanna play bad

check the setting to see what the videos like. might need more ram, not sure about the video card.

Put all the settings on low, video and audio. You barely pass the specs so you're going to have a hard time running the game.

everything, your barely over the specs. those specs are not to be able to play the game, theyre just enough to play the game with all on low.

You can play the game on low, ignore the ram nazis (just kidding).
I have no problems playing the game with under 1GB of RAM.

First of all, make sure the server you're connecting to, you have less than 100 ping.
For the first 3 (5 mins max) the game will stutter while it tries to keep in sync with the game world. During this time punkbuster gets lazy and scans (what I won't even start to try and list..) constantly. You'll just have to wait for the stutter to ... die off, then you'll be fine. I'm hoping 1.2 will fix this, but just like every major problem I've had, the next patch never fixes it. I just hope so...anyway. Goodluck!
