Well it appears myg0t may of had something to do with it. A few days ago I was playing with myg0t milk who was obviously hacking, it was a small server so I just left. He killed me for my SF Gun when I was on his team multiple times. Anyway I said oh now myg0t the idiotic team of nerds joins the hacking of BF2, he replied with yes so celebrate the coming of myg0t to bf2. Then tried to correct my spelling which by the way I thought was rather funny, as I had spelt the word correctly.

Anyway here is a screenshot of someone saying that they figured out how to get giant text in their name from myg0t's site. I did a search didn't see anything like this.

This, as well as making your name an orange-ish color, has been around for quite a while now. Doing this will get you banned from most servers, including official EA servers.

It is also considered an exploit by dictionary definition, and action will be taken by EA against all those who are caught using it, especially those who advertise how to do it, or how to find a location where it is done.

I am sure myg0t will claim they figured it out - but I doubt they did.

I ban for use of it - not without warning though. I give them until the end of the round to get it changed and offer to keep a spot open while they get rid of it. Seeing as you have to log out and change your title to get rid of it.

When you look at the kills/deaths you can see the charachters they put in the title box in order to get big text - not a real secret - but I am still not going to post here what it is. Also it shows up in the admin control panel.

Same with the orange name tag - you can tell they are using it in the admin panel by the prefix/title on the name.

I personally don't see why it is so cool to have your name all big. Great, good for you! It is like writing "criminal" on your head and walking into a police station! Any admins will be watching you, and like Beerstein says, probably kicking and banning you.

Seeing the 12 yr olds begging to have large text reminds me of all the f'ing arabic symbols used in CS:S.

I got a great idea, spell your name out in f'ing ENGLISH, and at a NORMAL SIZE. Having bigger text does not increase the size of your e-penis, regardless of what you think. Worry more about gameplay, not what your name looks like in-game.

yeah it also lags alot of servers sometimes its a program that is used some say they used html codes on thier name

Where do you get your information from? This is no such exploit and EA will not ban you for it. The orange text was built into the game for admins to use to be known. EA has quoted already that it is not an exploit and will not punish for it. Some server admins (other than that of EA) will ban you for it just because they don't like the look of it, not because its an exploit.

I would seriously suggest that any server admin, for any game title reading this and pass this along....Any clan member of MyGot hacks.
The entire clan has been baned from using that tag, through out Steams system(VAC). This clan is known worldwide for hacking.

I would suggest if you see this tag or anything resembling it on your server, ban them immeditately. Further more, EA/Dice have stated that it is considered a hack or exploit, and should be fixed in the newest patch.
Bunny Hoppers, Dolphin Divers, and other weak A$$ tactic users, better find another way to play, or move to another game title....Like CS-S.

Don't know why y'all get so fuzzy about this in-game text thingy. The how-to sits already for ages on top of this forum as a sticky called "Fun with localization files". Yeah, I know nobody reads the stickies....
