Jet Shooting Help

I need help at shooting things down with the jet. I guess i have crappy aim on it. I need tips to keep the bullets on them and not wizzing by them. I always encounter choppers, jets, and other things right in front of me which seems easy to take down but i miss around 80% of the hits. Any help will do on good aim.

Slow down and make sure you lead them. Shoot where they will be not where they are.

i use the mouse but i still cant hit crap in mid air, sometimes with some lucky shots i do get off some kills but this is rare. Anyone have any tips for good aim with the mouse.

Make a flyplan for typ's of engagements;
-When i'm chasing a jet i'm firsth trying too get behind and then i'm getting too make the same path(flyingline)
-When i'm wanna take down a chopper i use the minigun and i fly behind him with a low speed.
-When i'm going for ground targets i'm flying high (700) and i'm attack from above in a straight line

Not a good idea. The joystick will lose it's calibration within like three months usage due to a harware error. There is no way to get it working again.
