i joined my used to be favorite server last night and noticed that all the unlocks were locked, it is a ranked server. how is this possible and can they do this?

Nope thay can't do this without EA doing something about it.
Unranked servers with this are delisted (AFAIK) so I can't imagine the fury they would bring down upon a ranked server.
By the way, was it this one ?

Could just be a glitch. I've seen this happen before a few times and leaving/rejoining the server fixed it.Comment

Either you got the glitch where you get kicked to private and lose your unlocks for a while, or the server toggled the Global Unlocks variable so no one can use their unlocks.Comment

No, it's just a glitch. It happens occasionally when you join a server.
As said before, leaving then rejoining the server cures it.Comment

Yeah what casey said, you can join a server, have all ur unlocks locked, and then leave and rejoin and they will be unlocked...Comment
