How do you do this ?

I've seen some plane videos and many guys , when flying, drop ONE bomb at a time. I do this sometimes randomly but what is the good way to do this ?
because I dont want to waste all my bombs on one player so Im wondering how some people always drop ONE bombs.

Reload only one bomb, drop it, reload both bombs. From then on, you will only drop one at a time.
To get all of them at once again, drop one, reload to full. I think that'll work.

You know thats a good question, and I too have had the problem, sometimes all the bombs go, sometimes just 1, and I have no idea how it works.

just change modes. drop a bomb, quickly press f to switch to misiles. and one should be left remaining

I drop my entire payload on one target but it all depends on what it is. Like a jeep I'll just gun it to death or a boat.

Take off - drop both bombs - fly back over airfield at an angle, or over just part of it so that you only pick up one bomb. Drop that bomb and reload back to full. You will now be on single bomb mode.

The same thing happens in the bomber - where you will drop one bomb, then 4.

If you want to get out of single bomb mode - just reload to full when you have a partial load - and drop all. OR - reload half - drop all - then reload full. Either way will fix it.

Think about it this way - if you do not get a full reload - and you drop your whole payload - you have just changed over to single bomb mode. Repeat to turn off.

That single pick up method only works for the 2 bombs payload. The bomber jets with 5 bombs still drop the whole remaining load on the second drop. Isn't it ironic, in BF2 such hi-tech planes don't have a switch to control bomb droppings!!

lol i remembered you said you were one of the best jet/chopper pilots around. how do you not know this?

but anyways, as cirebackwards and BeerStein said, that's the only way that u can drop one bomb at a time. all the other methods are just rumours.

I called myself the best pilot around well one of the best. My reasons were from seeing how most pilots react to me.

For example some would focus so much on me they would hit mountain, or make impossible shots.

I make sure to write down what the poor victim dude to bring about their own end.

anybody read my post? when you drop the bomb press "F" or whatever changes back to misiles ASAP. it'll only drop one bomb that way.
