Right-click on desktop -> New -> Compressed (zipped) Folder, and name it e.g. dxdiag. Then drag your dxdiag.txt inside it.

Might not work if you installed 3rd. party ZIP utill, like WinZip, as sometimes the built-in Windows zip folder fuctionality gets disabled by it.

          Zip file works fine now.

In your dxdiag, the Soundblaster Live! drivers are from 2002, newer are available, look here, use the one for Live! or Live 24-bit depending on which one you own
          Soundblaster Live!:

Also make sure that your chipset drivers are the latest, many of your entries in dxdiag.txt for your chipset drivers list: Driver: n/a which would indicate something is wrong with the installation of chipset drivers.

          Nvidia Nforce2 chipset drivers:

Here is what I suggest you do:
Try uninstalling video audio and chipset drivers. Then clean video audio and chipset drivers with driver cleaner and then reinstall chipset drivers, audio drivers and then video drivers, in that order.

Look in the readme.txt for driver cleaner before cleaning.

Look here for how to do it for video drivers as an example:

Do the same just for audio (Creative Soundblaster Live) and chipset drivers (nvidia nforce2). Then reinstall in the order listed above.

Yea a little, but then you are sure that it is installed correctly and there only is one driverset to cause problems etc.

I do the driver cleaner approach everytime I install video drivers, so it is easier to troubleshoot if an error should arise.
