Special Force and PunkBuster

How many of you have updated Special Force with PBWEB? I have found if you don't, you get killed more easily than you have updated the PB.

Not true mate, PB has nothing to do with killing, well I hope not. Updating Pb can sometimes fix issues such as crashing, some lag ect..

Ahh! I know what, it's the lag. Lag makes you feel like you have killed the guy in front of you but actually ended up having myself killed becoz of the plag.

Well there is no PB for Special Forces anyway. PB is for BF2 and there is no different version of it for SF. SF is just an extension (works the same as a mod), therefore it doesn't have it's own PB.

If it's lag from PunkBuster you're trying to reduce, you can slow down the frequency of PB checks on your system by entering these two lines in your console (~ key):

pb_sleep 500
pb_writecfg
